Progressive Dinner

Sunday evening our church held a progressive dinner. A wonderful friend and fellow teacher of Chris's was more than willing to watch our kiddos for us and Chris & I had a really fun time going from house to house! The food was good, the company was even better and it was fun to have a night out without the kids!

The sun was setting over the mountain as we were driving from house to house and it was beautiful! Although I do miss the lush trees of Michigan, I am amazed all the time of the beauty we are surrounded by here in Arizona!

The last house was cookies and a white elephant gift exchange which proved to be a lot of fun. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time! Some of the gifts were extremely funny!
