Christmas Card Letter!

Dear Family and Friends,

Merry Christmas from Sunny Arizona! Another year has flown by and the Christmas Season is upon us once again! I hope this letter finds all of you in good health and great spirits!

Chris is now in his second year of teaching here in Arizona. He moved from 3rd grade last year to teaching 4th grade this year. He really enjoys teaching and is enjoying his job. He took on the job of athletic supervisor as well and is really enjoying working with the sports program. He is still flying remote controlled airplanes when he gets the time.

Rebecca started working part time in September as the Site Manager for the after school Kids Klub program. She works in the afternoon when Chris gets done with teaching and is really enjoying working with children again. During the day she is at home with the three little ones and enjoys being home with them.

Broedy started 2nd grade this year. He is really enjoying school and has lots of friends. It seems as if he is either at a friends house or his friends are here all of the time. It’s been fun to watch friendships develop. He is at the fun age of 7 (almost 8). He enjoys building things with legos and has really gotten into using our computer almost daily. He has a lot of fun games he gets on and we’re thinking pretty soon he’s going to know more about computers than we do!

Raelyn turned 5 in September and missed the kindergarten cut off this year for our school district by three days! So, she is still at home with mom during the day and mom is enjoying this last year with her at home. She loves her younger siblings and is quite the “mommy’s little helper” with them. She has two girlfriends right here in our neighborhood that she plays with almost daily. The three of them are a lot of fun together, they love to do all the “girly” stuff and keep me on my toes.

Myles turned 2 in November and is quite the charmer. He is the sweetest little guy and loves to help me around the house. He is very tender with his little sister and we are enjoying all the fun that a 2 year old brings into a household. He is a busy little guy that is for sure.

In May we added a precious little girl into our family. Adalyn Grace was born at home on May 22, 2008 and she has filled our house with all the joys that a new baby brings. She is now almost 7 months old and rolling all around the house getting into just about everything. She adores her older siblings and the bond that our four kids have together melts our hearts almost daily.

We moved into a new house this year that has a pool! We have really enjoyed our new home and have gotten a lot of use out of our new pool. We also have a wonderful guest room for those that want to get out of the snow and cold in Michigan! We would love to have family and friends visitJ
Our Golden Retriever, Ozzie is almost 10 years already. She enjoys the sunshine and loves to swim in our pool when she gets the chance.

This summer we spent 6 weeks in the great State of Michigan camping and seeing family and friends. It was a wonderful summer filled with many memories. While there we added a very cute 6 week old Brittany Spaniel to our family that we named Kalae. She was a bundle of energy and our family quickly fell in love with her. Sadly she became very sick in November and passed away. She was loved by our family and is very dearly missed.
