Halloween Party!

Raelyn's Girl Scout troop leader had a Halloween party this afternoon. I took Raelyn and she had a really good time!

They played a mummy wrap game where they were divided into teams and then had to wrap up mummys with toilet paper!

Then they had a freeze dance contest!

Trick or Treating!

My cute Halloween kids:-)

Myles has been wearing this alligator costume around for days. I took pictures of the kids on Sunday to send to family and we thought this is what he was going to be.

Halloween came around and he wanted nothing to do with the alligator costume and kept bringing us the clifford costume....so he went trick or treating as a very cute Clifford!

Broedy was a knight! My Mom made his costume for him and shipped it to us from Michigan!

Adalyn was a ladybug!

Raelyn was a princess! My Mom also made Raelyn's costume and shipped it to us! The kids loved having costumes made by Grandma!

Heading out trick or treating!

She wasn't so sure about all of this at first. She quickly figured it out though and was so funny to watch. She would push her way up to the front of the door and then hold out her hand for candy. They would give her some and she would put it in her bucket and put her hand out for more. And if you attempted to touch or take her bucket away, she threw quite a fit. She was adorable to trick or treat with tonight:-)

The Halloween Festival

Tonight our church hosted a Halloween festival at the park near us. Chris went and helped set up and then we headed over to enjoy the fun. They had games, crafts, a bounce house, popcorn and a ton of candy. They estimated about 1500 people came through and it was pretty crowded, but we had a ton of fun!

Adalyn all ready to go!

Trying to find a sucker with a dot on the end!

Carving Pumkins!

Tonight after the harvest festivale at the park, we had friends over to carve pumpkins. It was a ton of fun. One reason I love living where we do is because of nights like tonight. It's so much fun to have a group of friends to do fun things like this with. We carved pumpkins with the kids, had snacks, let the kids play and just enjoyed hanging out together!

Everyone getting started in on the pumpkin carving.

Snapshots of life around our house!

I have a bunch of random pictures I've taken of mostly Adalyn the last few days. I think they are so cute, I wanted to share them:-)

She loves her blankey!

I can't believe that this little one is 17 months old already. She is into everything all day long, but I love her so much.

Me and my baby girl!

Before we left for school this morning. She kept the hair bow in for about 5 minutes!

What a doll!

What a face!

All ready to head to the store!

She loves her sweater!

Shoving food in her mouth!!

She likes wheat thins:-)

Still holding on to that blanket!

Loving on each other:-)

Where we find him almost every night when we head to bed.......on the landing of the stairs. He's getting so big, yet he's still so little in some many ways. I can't believe he is going to be three in one short month. Time goes by way to fast.
