This week we had a huge dust storm come though Phoenix. We were eating dinner when all of a sudden the wind picked up and you could see the dust coming. We ran upstairs to the loft and watched as it engulfed the valley. The news said that this was one of the largest dust storms Phoenix has seen in a long time. Visibility was below zero in parts of the valley and there were a lot of accidents on the highways due to the storm. Here are the pictures I took from the window in our upstairs loft.
Check out the trees. They wind was blowing hard and knocking things over.
We could hardley see across the street a few mintues after I took this picture.
