Trunk of Treat - Kainay Community Church
Today our church hosted a Trunk of Treat Event! It was a ton of fun with a ton of people involved! We ended up with over 900 people attending the event! The weather was really nice out which was nice!

Five on Friday!
1. I'm up to running 3 miles at a time! That is a huge accomplishment for me. I used to hate even the thought of running! And on another good note, I finally started loosing weight! I've lost 6 of the 9 lbs I gained in the past 8 weeks! Hoping I can loose another 6 and I'll be a happy girl!
2. The weather has gotten cold and it's been really windy all week. I'm trying to prepare myself for the snow that I know is coming soon! My kids are slowly getting used to hats, mittens and winter coats!
3. Our church is holding a trunk or treat event this weekend. Chris and Broedy are decorating the Suburban (or maybe the van) trunk and passing out candy for the event. I'm excited to see how it turns out! Should be a ton of fun!
4. Chris landed a long term sub position this week and also got offered an after school position in the same district! Things are looking up job wise for him and we're praying maybe this long term sub position will turn into something full time for him soon. He's in a 5th grade classroom and so far it's going pretty good.
5. I hate looking for daycare. Now that Chris is working full time, it is getting harder to piece together my schedule around his subbing schedule which means we need daycare. Every place I have called is full! It is so frustrating. Hoping we can get something figured out soon.

Post Farm
Today I got to go on a field trip with Myles to Post Farm! It was once again cold and rainy out! Gotta love the MI weather sometimes!

Lewis Farm
Today I went on a field trip to Lewis Farm with Raelyn's class! It was cold and icky out but we managed to have fun anyways!

Ludington State Park....Again!
Today we got up and headed to Lewis Farm when we got a call from my Aunt and Uncle inviting us up to Ludington State park to do some hiking! Even though we had been there the week before we decided it would be fun to go again! Ludington is just beautiful and I love being up there in the fall weather!
