Imperial Beach!

The kids playing at Imperial Beach. Although I am not a fan of salt water (I was spoiled by growing up near Lake Michigan - like an ocean without salt), the ocean is beautiful.

It was a great afternoon!

Hanging out in San Diego!

Friday afternoon we loaded in the car and headed to San Diego to visit with family. Friday night we hung out and watched the Olympics and Saturday was a lazy day as well. We just hung out by the house and the neighborhood pool most of the day. It was nice to just lay low and hang out! Much needed relaxation!

They have a really nice pool area with a kiddie pool, hot tub and regular pool.

The Laveen Parade!

This morning we went to the Laveen Parade! We biked there and back which was a total of about 10 miles. It was a beautiful day for a parade!

Mom's Group

We had Mom's group at Pastor Jeff and Cindy's house recently. Cindy did a caterpillar theme morning for the kids and they got to make caterpillar puppets.

The kids were adorable and after the puppets were done, they put on a puppet show for us!

Uncle Rob

My brother Rob is here visiting and although Adalyn wanted NOTHING to do with him while we were in Michigan, she actually likes Uncle Rob now that he is at our house!
